Our other branch Classic Music and Arts, Institute located in Qurum, is the Local Area Representative for the London College of Music Examination board. We continue to develop our programs and supporting materials to offer the best and most flexible opportunities in music education.

Over the years our education facilities have grown, having highly educated, yet passionate music educators that love their students. Play Tunes Institute of Music is the Local Area Representative for the Trinity College of London Examinations we have a well-planned syllabus and structured program providing an internationally accredited and formal assessment process.

Specialized Programs

Music 4 Kids

Learning and development for general skills and musical focus. Children explore different sounds as they learn to express themselves through body activities. Develops motor coordination skills that enhances the child’s concentration and music awareness.

Age Groups: 1.5 to 2.5 years old / 3.5 to 4.5 years old

Early Learners

This program focuses on learning piano and music theory in a fun way. Through Interactive games and exercises we cover both active listening as well as performance Our method focuses on playing and singing popular nursery rhymes and contemporary Music.

Age Groups: 5 to 7 years old

Recorder Workshops

A very effective and fun approach to learning a woodwind instruments through the Recorder. Playing and performing to popular nursery rhymes from different cultures around the world and introducing them to the world of Woodwinds and Brass.

Summer Camps

Summer is the time to do more! We offer a variety of courses for adults and children from 6 and above to cater as many individuals preferences as possible. From a Cajon work shop to Music Making and composition, were here so don’t miss the opportunity to perform.

Promoting Music Culture in Oman

As a music institution our main objective is to reach out to the local community and promote the culture of music within Oman. Through our corporate responsibility plan we do endless workshops to Educational Institutions and forums with performance campaigns, musical games and activities, Drum Circles and many more, in order to get our community involved.
