Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it within the first 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, exchange for another product or an in-house credit (Valid for 2 months). Delivery charges and bank fees will be deducted from your credit or refund in addition your return may be subject to a restocking fee at a minimum of 15% up to 25%. This return is only valid with:
Proof of purchase/Original Packaging: Require the original receipt for all returns /exchanges.
An Identity Verification: You may be required to furnish an ID card as part of the return process.
Shipping Cost: All shipping/ pickup costs, if any, must be paid for by you.
Returnable Items at a definite Restocking Fee:
- Oversized or overweight items (Speakers/Pianos)- 15% to 25%
- Brass and Wind Instruments- 15 %
Non-returnable Items:
- Discontinued, promotional, clearance and used products.
- Tubes, fog fluid, cleaning products and kits.
- Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, recorders instrument mouthpieces, etc)
- Special and custom and pre orders
- Software.
- Books
Online sales: we are unable to return the above including:
- Speakers
- Oversized or Overweight Items
Return Procedure:
Fill out our Return Request Form on www.tunesoman.com or visit our store and we will contact you within 48 hours to assist you. Return Address: Items are to be returned to the location where the item was purchased.
Special Limited-Edition Instrument Orders Deposits and/or Preorders:
Tunes Trading & Services offers special limited-edition instruments and due to limited supply on these instruments all deposits, credit on account and preorders are subject to availability. The prepayment of a deposit does not guarantee that you have purchased or will receive the instrument; it merely establishes that you are on the priority list and subject to availability. If you have placed a deposit, credit on account and/or preorder and we are not able to deliver due to its limited availability, we will offer you a full refund of your deposit. Should you cancel the special order once we have already once placed, you may not receive a full refund.
Payment Terms:
Advance: Order will processed upon advanced payment receipt only, once a notification is received from the bank that it has been credited to our account.
- Authorized Credit customers:
PDC (Post Dated Check): Order will be processed upon receipt of an original copy of a cheque.
LPO: Order will be processed upon receipt of a soft copy of signed purchase order. Payment will be processed as per within agreed period time after the date mentioned in the Invoice.
Payment Methods - We accept the following:
Cash: Cleared Immediately
Bank Telegraph Transfer: Payment cleared within 2 -3days (Bank charges apply for international transfers)
Current Dated Check: Payment cleared within 3-4 days

Defective Product?: Simply fill out our form on www.tunesoman.com or feel free to contact us on info@tunesoman.com and you should get a response within 48 hours. Within 60 days if the problem is not solved, we are happy to take back the product with a replacement if available or offer an exchange option. We are not liable to exchange or replace an item, should the issue be repairable.
After Sales Repair Disclaimer: We provide repairs inhouse however we may refer you to a local independent repair center. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any customers owned merchandise which was not caused by our repairs and handling. The customer is fully responsible for all charges incurred, including but not limited to, freight to and from the repair service centre, parts, labour, local tax, handling fee and surcharge/estimated fee (if any). Merchandise not picked up (and paid for) within 60 days after notification (using the contact information provided to us) of completed repairs will be considered abandoned.
Limited Warranty: All new purchase products are sold with the manufacturers limited warranty. The warranty period and service vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty is only applicable for electronic items and only for manufacturing defects (For mics and speakers this excludes damages to the membranes, woofers, and tweeters). To benefit from the Warranty, the customer will need to present Tunes invoice/receipt or digital invoice, which shows the date of product purchase.
